Quick and Easy Christmas Deviled Egg Wreaths

Updated: Oct 25

Deviled egg Christmas wreaths on a glass plate

Hurry! You’ve been invited to a friend’s house for a get together and you’re not sure what to bring? Well, I'll help you out!

I’m not going to go into a long story on how I came about all of this. It’s really not that spectacular. And, if you’re in a rush like I was, the last thing you want to do is to scroll through a long story before you get to the actual recipe! Haha, am I right?

Deviled Egg Christmas Wreath Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • 3 tbs. mayo

  • 2 tsp. yellow mustard

  • 1 small red pepper

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 3 drops green food coloring

Optional

  • Color your yolk with avocado. For this, you’d need 1 small avocado and mash it in with your yolks.

  • Spruce it up with greens or even a little paprika for a more classic look.

Quick and Easy Instructions

  1. Boil Your Eggs: I like to boil my eggs in the air fryer. It’s so quick! Set it to 265°F for about 17 minutes, and you’re done! If that’s not your style, you can boil them on the stove—whatever works for you.

  2. Peel and Cut: Once your eggs are boiled and cooled, peel them. Cut the boiled eggs lengthwise in half. If the eggs are soft, carefully scoop out the yolks; otherwise, they should pop right out.

  3. Mash the Yolks: Mash up your yolks (and optional avocado if you’re using it).

  4. Mix the Filling: Add in the mayo, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Slowly add your green food coloring until you get the perfect festive color.

  5. Assemble: Dice small pieces of red pepper and place them on top of each egg to create a festive look—think little Christmas wreaths!

  6. Ready to Serve: Carefully cover your deviled eggs and get out the door!

And just like that, you’ve got a delicious, easy dish that’ll be a hit at any holiday gathering.

From Our Flock to Yours... Merry Christmas!

Wishing you all a festive and joyful holiday season, no matter how you celebrate!
