5-Ingredient Homemade Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tsp mustard (Dijon or yellow, your call!)
1–2 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)
½ tsp salt
1 cup avocado oil (or another neutral oil like light olive oil)
How to Make Mayo with an Immersion Blender
Instructions:
Add the eggs, mustard, lemon juice and salt to a mixing bowl or tall jar.
Insert your immersion blender, turn it on high and start blending.
Slowly drizzle in the avocado oil while blending until the mixture thickens to a creamy mayo texture.
